Maia Campbell To Appear On ‘Iyanla, Fix My Fallen Star’

Iyanla Vanzant is fixing lives and now she’s ready to take on actress, Maia Campbell!
Earlier this week, Maia took to her twitter to announce that she would be appearing on a special segment of Iyanla’s show titled, Iyanla, Fix My Fallen Star. According to OWN’s website, Iyanla will be tackling those dark times in Maia’s life, especially her addiction, and how it made her spiral out of control.
Back in 2009, Maia was the subject of a scandal after videos surfaced of her acting erratic in the streets while looking as though she was high on drugs. The videos made their rounds on the Internet and she was ridiculed in the media, however, over the past few years she’s been trying to pick up the pieces and get her life back on track.
During a radio interview back in February, Maia spoke about the video situation, as well as how hurt she was by the reaction from the media:
“There are so many goals and dreams that God has put in my heart while I’m sitting here sober. And I’m not doing the things I used to do. The way they attacked me on the Internet

Rihanna Chats With Facebook: Talks Chris Brown Duet, Memorable Career Moment & Wanting to Be The Black Madonna

Slow down, Rihanna! This girl has to be the hardest working woman in the business right now. When does she sleep?
Yesterday, Ri literally changed clothes all day as she hit up different promo appearances around the city to promote her upcoming album, Unapologetic.  During one of her promo stops, she sat down with Bravo’s Andy Cohen for an intimate facebook discussion with her fans.   She covered a lot of ground during the chat including the message behind her newest duet, “Nobody’s Business” with Chris Brown, her desire to be the black Madonna and her most memorable career moment.   She also dished on who has inspired her the most, what she likes to crank when she’s in the car and what she thinks of Beyonce.
Catch a few highlights below:
There’s a duet with Chris Brown. He’s saying, “I wanna make you mine, and it a’int nobody’s business.” And you’re going back and forth, so is the message of that song as obvious as it appears?
“Nobodies Business” is basically the way I look at everything regarding my personal life. Even though you have to witness it, it’s being documented at every second, it is still mine. When it comes to my music, I’ll give and I’ll give and I’ll give. I just feel like I need to keep a little bit for me and I’ll get to decide.
It still becomes a conversation because you’re putting it out there.
I’m not putting it out

Ciara Hops On Future’s ‘Turn On The Lights’ Remix

Just in case you are wondering what Ciara’s toned up body is looking like nowadays, she posted a few pics of herself rocking a bikini in Dubai up on her twitter earlier this week.  The girl seems to be living it up and enjoying her life as she gears up for the release of One Woman Army.
In between putting the finishing touches on the new project, she has decided to show support to fellow Epic Records artist Future by hopping on the remix to his hit song, “Turn On The Lights”. On the track, Future raps about looking for the woman of his dreams while Ciara sings about the perfect man that she’s been waiting for.
You know I don’t play
So if you wanna play, better bring your A-game
I’m looking for a boss who know how to maintain
If you wanna win my heart, don’t be in it for the fame
I’m down for whatever, yeah you know that I’m a rider
And if he got my back he know that I’ll be right beside him
And if I ever need it you know you the one I’ll be dialing
Ah, where you at I’m trying to find ya…

The Game Wants Cheating Legalized, Says ‘Every Man Cheats’

Are we really here for The Game and his dragged-into-a-reality-show-revolving-around-his-wedding shenanigans?
Earlier this week, he stopped by Power 105.1′s Breakfast Club Morning show to promote his upcoming reality show, Marrying The Game which also features his fiancee and baby mother Tiffany Cambridge.  Now, just the other day rapper Fabolous revealed that he doesn’t see marriage in his future because the ring and paper changes things, but at least he was honest.  The Game seems as though he only put a ring on it because it was the right thing to do, but he’s obviously not ready.
During his interview, he revealed that he believes cheating may as well be legalized [in a marriage] because all men do it. He also revealed that he would not understand if a woman cheated and that he was dragged into doing the reality show by his fiancee who wanted extra money.

Fantasia Shows Off Weight Loss At The Soul Train Awards

Fantasia is not playing games this year when it comes down to whipping herself back in shape.
Earlier this year, while recording her new album, she announced to her twitter followers that she had been hitting the gym and eating right.  She showed off the results of her healthier lifestyle  last night as she graced the red carpet in a slim fitting dress at the 2012 Soul Train Music Awards in Las Vegas.
Just days ago, she also took to twitter to defend herself after posting photos of herself in a crop top which sparked rumored reports that she may have gone under the knife.  She posted:
MTO stated I had a nose job but once again the lies keep coming. This time I brushed it off but wanted to say I am a TRUE black woman with great feature[s] thanks to my mother & dad.  This isn’t just for my IG family but for ALL the media.
I am on a serious wellness plan & everything is steadily changing! So don’t stroke ME & THEN

New Video: Keyshia Cole – Trust & Believe

Can you imagine confiding in your best friend about how your man has been acting up just to find out later on that she’s been sleeping with him?  No, me either, but that’s the plot of Keyshia Cole’s new video, “Trust and Believe” starring BOSS star Rotimi as the cheating boyfriend and Tae Heckard, as the trifling best friend.
Keyshia’s definitely taking us back to her “I Should Have Cheated” days with this single.  In four minutes, she’s singing her heart out in the rain, busting windows out of cars and catching her friend on the creep but judging by the video’s unfortunate end, she won’t ever have to deal with the betrayal and cheating from those two again.

Spotted On The Scene: Christina Aguilera, Amber Rose, Mekhi Phifer, Nene Leakes & Rita Ora

Christina Aguilera was feeling mighty patriotic earlier this week. Just in time for the elections, she stepped out in a pair of blue star spangled printed jeans and multi-colored Christina Louboutin spiked heels while showing off her red-tipped hair.
How cute is Amber Rose and her baby bump.  Yesterday, she was spotted hitting the streets of Studio City in an over-sized dress while satisfying her ice cream craving.
